At XP, leadership isn’t a position – it’s a practice. Through roles such as Student Ambassadors, Crew Council representatives, and Digital Leaders, our students take active responsibility for shaping the life of our schools and supporting others.

Whether they’re leading events, representing their peers, mentoring younger students, or using technology to enhance learning across the Trust, our student leaders embody the principles of Crew – compassion, courage, and craftsmanship. Every student is encouraged to lead by example, make their voice heard, and play a part in making our community stronger.
